Data strategy & implementation

PHASE 1

Strategy and use cases

Begin with the operational outcomes your organization needs. An approximately eight-week strategy phase examines your data and workflows, identifies useful applications, and establishes priorities. Designed first for national and regional brokerages.

What you receive

  • A purpose and outcomes brief
  • Agreed business definitions
  • A relevant source and workflow map
  • Prioritized use cases
  • A practical data strategy
  • An implementation sequence with owners, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.

Scope & participation details +

Scope and investment

Every proposal defines the business questions, systems, interviews, reviews, responsibilities, timing, and fee. Implementation is priced separately when delivered as a second phase.

What we need from you

Direct leadership access, an executive sponsor able to resolve priorities and definitions, staff participation, and timely access to agreed information. Technical resources and infrastructure requirements are established before implementation is committed.

PHASE 2

Directed implementation

Implementation can follow under a separate scope once priorities, feasibility, resources, and responsibilities are understood.

What you receive

  • Guidance for the client’s technical staff, where contracted
  • Review of implementation decisions
  • Reporting validation against agreed definitions
  • Implementation records, reconciliation evidence, and maintenance guidance

Scope and investment

We agree the operational result, systems, technical tasks, acceptance criteria, fee, and schedule before work begins. Hands-on engineering, major integrations, and platform administration require explicit scope. The client funds infrastructure and third-party services.

What we need from you

Agreed priorities, feasibility, resources, and responsibilities, with the client’s technical staff available for the work defined in the implementation scope.
