WORK WITH MONSTRATO
Specialist data capability.
Within your client work.
For advisory firms and independent consultants whose clients need a clearer data strategy and a feasible route to implementation.
Discuss your situation →
You bring client context and the broader advisory engagement. Monstrato helps define operational outcomes, establish a data strategy, and guide bounded implementation for national and regional brokerages.
When to bring us in
A consequential client decision is blocked by fragmented systems, inconsistent definitions, unreliable reporting, or uncertainty about useful applications of data.
How we work together
Agree on the advisor, Monstrato, and client responsibilities before quoting. Monstrato needs direct leadership access, an empowered sponsor, staff and systems access, and internal implementation ownership. Strategy comes first; implementation can follow as a separately scoped phase.
A clear working arrangement
A direct client contract after an introduction or a subcontract with your firm can fit. We agree scope, acceptance, changes, payment, continuing support, evidence rights, and any referral fee or partner margin explicitly.
When an advisory recommendation needs data support
An advisor’s recommendation becomes difficult to execute when the client cannot establish a reliable view of its operations. Before adding specialist support, agree the decision the information must serve and the leader who can resolve competing definitions and priorities.
Make responsibilities visible: who supplies context, who owns the sources, who performs technical work, and who accepts the result? Preserve direct access to the client’s leadership and staff. Use a bounded implementation scope with agreed validation and maintenance ownership. Success is a capability the organization can use and maintain, with the judgment to decide what comes next.
What are you building?
Describe the decision in front of you, the people it affects, and what you hope to make possible. We will clarify fit, scope, and a feasible next step.
