The person governs
the system.
Monstrato helps leaders build organizations, systems, and technologies that serve the human person—and develop the judgment to continue that work.

FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL
Daniel Rothamel
Daniel is Director of Operations and Data Innovations at ARELLO, the Association of License Law Officials. His work brings operational understanding, data strategy, and leadership judgment to consequential technology decisions.
As a data consultant, Daniel led client engagements that brought business stakeholders together with data architects, engineers, and project managers to turn operational needs into useful data solutions. He translates complex technical decisions into clear business value, helping leaders understand what a solution can achieve and what it takes to deliver it. His experience includes data strategy and implementation guidance for a national brokerage, alongside presentations to large real estate industry audiences, ARELLO webinars, and association events.
Through Monstrato, Daniel helps real estate organizations and the advisors serving them define operational outcomes, establish data strategies, and guide separately scoped implementation. His consulting and speaking join human dignity with practical results and capabilities clients can sustain. Monstrato engagements are separate from his ARELLO role.
Technology gives us
acceleration.
Wisdom gives us direction.
Leaders face real pressure to modernize. Sound decisions require technical understanding, a clear view of the work, and a serious account of what people need.
Our work joins leadership judgment, data strategy, and implementation discipline around that responsibility.
OUR FOUNDATION
Catholic roots.
Human consequences.
Monstrato is explicitly rooted in Catholic anthropology and social teaching: the dignity of the human person, the common good, the dignity of work, solidarity, subsidiarity, and leadership as stewardship.
Those convictions become practical questions: Who is affected? Who has been heard? What happens to judgment and responsibility? Who remains accountable?
We work with leaders across businesses and institutions, welcoming people of any background who are willing to take the human question seriously.
CONVICTIONS IN PRACTICE
People before tools
Understand the person and the work before choosing technology.
Leadership as stewardship
Use authority with accountability for the people and institutions entrusted to you.
Good work matters
Protect judgment, relationship, learning, and craft as you improve the system.
Beauty is worth building
Make things worthy of the people who will use and live with them.
